Director Ahmed who was trying really hard to sign in Trisha for his movie titled Endrendrum Punnagai opposite Jiiva in the lead has finally succeed. The actress has signed on the dotted lines for this project as she felt the script was apt for her. When quizzed about this delay, he said, "Actress Trisha was busy with two projects in hands, one Telugu movie titled Dammu opposite Jr. NTR and one Tamil movie titled Samaran opposite Vishal, So managing dates was a problem and now the problem is sorted out.
Trisha herself confirmed the news in her micro blogging site saying that, "And yes i have signed Jeevas film with Director Ahmed.
Enjoyed the story narration, Its a breezy, funny, romantic film. The movies shooting will start this summer."
