Santhanam being one of the most sought after comedian currently in the Kollywood film industry where leading heroes try to rope him for their movies is surely an well earning actor. To invest all his hard earned money, Santhanam is planning to build a residential complex in Chennai which will have around 50 houses and the interesting fact is that, he plans to rent all these houses instead of selling them.

few others investing in big star hotels and restaurants, but the Comedian Santhanam looks in a different point of view. Well, whatever he does turns out to be a hit among the audience and we guess the actor is hoping the same in his investment too.
