Gautham Vasudev Menon, one of the popular directors in K-Town is currently busy with Neethane En Ponvasantham(NEPV) which stars Jiiva and Samantha. This movie is in making for quite a long time now since this film is made in both Tamil and Telugu. In Telugu it will be Nani and Samantha in the lead.
On his next project, Gautham is planning to start his Thuppariyum Anandhan with Suriya as soon as he finishes NEPV. When quizzed about this movie, the Director gave a quirky answer saying that this movie is "a contemporary yet a period film".
Suriya who finished shooting for Maatraan is getting ready for the audio release function which is scheduled to take place in Singapore on 9th August 2012. Suriya will be performing in stage along with Harris Jayaraj.
