There was news circling around in K-Town saying that Vijay after his current commitments in movies such as Thuppaki followed by Yohan: Adhyaayam Ondru will move on to do Seeman's Pagalavan, but now it seems that wont be happening as Vijay is already busy with his projects. He said said a "No" to Pagalavan.
Seeman who later approached Vikram with the lead role also declined the offer as he is currently busy with Thandavam and other movies.
If sources are to be believed Director Seeman, is out on the look for a apt hero for his movies lead role and he says, "Stars like Jiiva, Vishal and Arya could work for this project, however i'm looking forward to work with Jiiva as he would be perfect for this lead character in my movie."
