Actress Asin Thottumkal born in Kochi, Kerala looks like she knows how to always be in the spotlight. She is gone slim now and she is looking even more gorgeous.
Introduced in Malayalam movie Narendran Makan Jayakanthan Vaka she slowly rose to fame in her following movies. She was noted by many for her cute performance in M. Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi which is also her debutante tamil movie. Later on her movie opposite Surya which was directed by A.R Murugadoss titled Ghajini went to become a super duper hit. Due to this success the movie was even remade in Hindi with Aamir Khan in the lead and Asin reprasing the same role, thus making a grand entry in Bollywood industry.
She won Filmfare Best Tamil Actress Award for her role as Kalpana in Ghajini and also Filmfare Best Female Debut Award in Hindi for the hindi version of Ghajini. Currently the actress is filming Bol Bachchan and her another movie titled Housefull2 : The Dirty Dozen is under Post-Production Stage.
