Nayanthara Helps The Thane Cyclone Victims

Nayanthara who is depressed after knowing that Prabhu Deva is in a secret relationship with another actress and wont marry her came out of it well by recently meeting the CM J Jayalalitha to hand over a cheque of Rs 5 lakhs to the Thane Relief Fund. The actress personally met the CM yesterday(9th Feb 2012) at the Secretariat to give this cheque.

The actress who decided not to act after her Telugu flick Sri Rama Rajyam decided to come back on screen after knowing that Prabhu Deva won't marry her. She recently signed up for a project opposite Ajith and Arya which is to be directed by Vishnuvardhan. She is also looking for some good offers to continue her acting career.

Nayanthara now joins the group of other actors such as Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Suriya, and Karthi who all have handed over some money to aid the victims of Thane Cyclone.
