Actress Lakshmi Rai whose Tamil movies didn't do well in the Box Office was only popular in Telugu industry. But then after the release of Mankatha starring Ajith, Trisha and others the movie went on to run for more than 100 days.
Lakshmi Rai is now quite busy with Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi flicks. She is filming for movies such as Mayamohini(Malayalam), Kalpana(Kannada), Tere Bina Jiya Nahin Jaye(Hindi) and Adhinayakudu(Telugu). She is yet to sign a Tamil movie this year.
