Katrina Kaif Didnt Do Kochadaiyaan Because of Shah Rukh Khan

Katrina Kaif who was originally offered the lead opposite Rajini in Kochadaiyaan says that she was approached for the role first but she wasn't able to allot dates for the same since she had given a 10 month call sheet to Shah Rukh Khan.

Due to this, the offer fell in the laps of Deepika Padukone who immediately grabbed the offer to act opposite Rajini in Kochadaiyaan. And the latest news is that Deepika Padukone is to appear Dark for the movie which she will try for the first time in her acting career.

The movie is directed by Rajinikanth's Daughter Soundarya Ashwin and story written by KS Ravikumar. Others include Rajinikanth, Deepika Padukone, R. Sarathkumar, Aadhi, Shobana, Rukmini, Vijayakumar, Jackie Shroff and Nassar in supporting roles.
