Ileana was recently in trouble for allegedly receiving advance money of Rs.40 Lakhs from Producer Mohan Natarajan for a movie which didn't go on floors and not returning it. The producer went ahead and gave a complaint with the Telugu Film Producers Council(TFPC).
Ileana's Spokesperson said that "Ileana need not give the money back as per the contract signed with the producer. She has the contract in place and as per the contract she has no obligation to return the advance money."
He also added saying that "The producer earlier filed a complaint with the Tollywood Producer Council which was rejected after we showed them the contract signed with him. The producer could have taken legal actions long time back if he wanted to, but he is not since he know's the contract is against his favor
