Chennai Edison Awards 2012

Tamil Edison Awards Chennai 2012 which was a grand event saw some of the big names in Kollywood such as Vijay, Jayam Ravi and other actors and actress such as Raghava Lawrence, Richa Gangopadhyay, Aishwarya Dhanush, Harris Jayaraj, Lakshmi Rai, Premgi Amaren, Mahat, Mysskin and others.

Vijay won the Best Actor Award for the movie Velayudham, Our 'Yamini' Richa won the best female debut and best actress award for her super performance in Mayakkam Enna , Sarah won the Best Child Actor award for her performance in Deiva Thirumagal, Premgi won the best comedian award for his role in Mankatha, Raghava Lawrence won the best extraordinary performance award while Jayam Ravi bagged the Best Romantic Hero Award, Harris Jayaraj won the Best Music Director Award, Playback Singers Chinmayee and Alaap Raju won the award for best play back singers. The event was organized by mytamilmovie website and we can say that the event was a grand success.
