Anushka Shetty who was last seen in Deiva Thirumagal is doing several films in Tamil now which includes Alex Pandian, Thaandavam, Irandam Ulagam also she is doing a special appearance in Saguni. In Telugu she is filming Vaaradhi and Damarukam which is in its Post Production stage.
The actress whose first Tamil movie titled "Rendu" opposite R Madhavan didn't do well, her next film "Vettaikkaran" opposite Vijay got her good publicity among fans and after which her movie with Surya "Singam" went on to become a blockbuster hit.
