Shriya who rose to stardom all by herself through her hardwork and dedication is surely one of the successful star in the movie industry. Introduced in a Telugu movie "Ishtam(2001)" she now went on to act in Midnight's Children which is a adaptation of Salman Rushdie's 1981 novel. This movie was selected to be screened at the Toronto International Film Festival(2012).
Shriya recently got stuck in
Mumbai traffic and to the make things worse, after hitting a small pothole she was left with a flat tyre. Shriya was worried because she didn't want to cause any public attention and also she was suppose to visit her friends from abroad. Shriya didn't know what to do, but then her Dad came to the rescue and took care of the car and sent her back through a cab. Shriya thanked her father and also the cab driver who saved her from trouble that day.
