Taken which released in 2008 with Liam Neeson in the lead as an CIA officer received good reviews. Following the success of this movie the producer decided to go for an sequel of this movie. 

Taken 2 is an action thriller film which is directed by Olivier Megaton and produced by Luc Besson. Starring Liam Neeson,
Maggie Grace, Famke Janssen, Leland Orser and others this movie is scheduled for an October 5th 2012 release.
