Rowdy Rathore starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead is directed by Prabhudeva and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ronnie Screwvala. The movie is a remake of the Telugu hit Vikramarkudu which was then remade in Tamil titled Siruthai and now in Hindi.

The trailer of the movie had a an whooping number of views on youtube which almost reached 7 lakhs in just few days. The songs are already a hit and the music direction by Sajid-Wajid sure is rocking the charts now. The movie is expected to release on 1st June 2012.
