Nayanthara who surprised many with a Bikini act in Billa was rumoured to do a special appearance in Billa 2 as well. This is because that Bikini act in Billa went on to become famous as she portrayed the character Sasha. Billa 2 which is directed by Chakri Toleti has Ajith Kumar, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah and others in the lead. 

When quizzed about this to the actress, she said "I will not do a special appearance in Billa 2".
However fans need not get disappointed as Nayan will be seen with Ajith, Arya in Vishnuvardhan's next movie.
